The Carmen Houses are situated in the center of La Aldea del Rey Nino, a small town about 10km from the capital city of Avila. This allows you to combine with tranquility that comes staying in a small town, yet enjoy the close proximity to a young and lively city like Avila.

The house is restored, but conserves its original beautiful stone walls.  After more than 2 years of intense restoration, the house opened in October of 2009.

There are two different housing options available:

The Carmen 2: can house up to 2 guests

The Carmen Spa: can house up to 2-4 guests

The small town where the houses are located is very peaceful and calm, perfect for activities such as bicycle rides, hiking, or simply sitting back and enjoying a small town lifestyle.

The town also has a small store for any last minute necessities, 2 bars, and a bakery.
